Inner Being Communication

Woke up feeling great and in touch with my inner being.

Got to sleep as much as a I chose to and have late coffee and conversation at 11 or 11:30 am.

Listening to William changed my vibration into a negative.

He spoke of saving his mother's money, not considering the expenses that she incurs here for food, lodging, attention, medicine -- and so many other things that are not even about money.

I let myself get caught up in his stories, his need to control, be right, use me, etc., and inwardly my vibrations changed.

I know better than to let conversations, thoughts, opinions and limitations expressed by someone of low vibration influence me in any way. I know, intellectually, that I am without limits, and I am safe and that I am able to manifest what I desire in my life. This has become clear to me this past year as I have entered my quest for spiritual growth. Of course, in the conversation I was now having, I realized I saw myself  and beliefs I have which let me know I have not rid myself of enitrely coming up.

I know I can be shielded from being influenced by the lower vibration mindset if I purposely put up a protective shield of white light which cannot be penetrated.

Because this protective way of dealing with the 3D mind is not thoroughly ingrained in me yet, I sometimes do not activate it soon enough.  But I am learning.

These kinds of events are all gifts from the Universe. Light is beamed on awareness, on fear infrastructures so that they can be dealt with.

I really appreciate the knowledge that has put me in touch with my feelings.

There is nothing good or bad. We only have to see what is being offered and deal with it.

There are no limitations for those of us in the higher vibrations (7D). We are able to manifest easily and quickly.

I am new at being in 7D and am not stabilized there yet. It is important to me to reach the point of stabilization in 7D.

My peace of mind has been offered to me by the Universe/God/Spirit, and I accept the gift. I know it is here for me. It is formed etherically so there are only a few steps left in order for the manifestation to be complete.

I am working on all avenues that are part of my path to spiritual enlightenment and ascension.

I have so many wonderful gifts that have been given to me by Spirit. I feel wonderful, and I feel blessed for my awareness.

I am so thankful to Spirit/God for bringing my daughter into my life to assist me in this endeavor.
