Love, Trust, Control
(Spiritual Journey Entry)
3/6/08
Love of Spirit/God is all important. Love permeates the body leaving no room for fear. Love is
Spirit expressed, the emotional form. Loves leaves no room for doubt, anger or control. It leaves no room for
resentment. Love is all encompassing. It is about truth.
Love starts with love of self. We must love ourselves completely and without reservation. How do we do this or
express this? We are God. We are loving, pure, good, giving, peaceful, happy, beautiful, smart, healthy, joyful. We are bountiful and full
of grace. Of course, we should be loved because we are so loveable.
We strive to see these same traits in others. We are all children of God. Therefore, we are all brothers
and sisters.
Love is seeing the Christ seed in all. When we look at another person we should always see the Christ seed. It
is present in everyone, but buried more deeply in some than in others.
Trust in someone means you believe that person. It is about faith and belief in someone. You would hand over
your child or your life to this person in whom you have trust and know that you or your child will be in good hands, that attention and
care will be given.
Trustworthy people are those deserving of trust.
Being in control is an undesirable personality trait held by many people. We who are control freaks see
ourselves as most capable of doing things in our environment in the most satisfactory way. We are not able, or we find it difficult, to let
others' opinions or solutions be considered. It is not easy to be around people who need to be in control. They constantly negate another's way
no matter what - which is not good for the other person.
Undesirable character traits should be looked at closely and evaluated for what they are - they are illusory.
They are not us. They are part of the fear vibration. This means they are not love. They are not real.
AFFIRMATION
I love to love and be loved.
